What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit card via our online store. If you have placed an order, you also have the option of paying via card machine upon collection from our Bolton site. For commercial customers, we can raise an invoice for a BACS payment; we have no credit accounts available.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we do not store your card details; when you place an order, the details are tokenised within the secure payment gateway.
Should I order small or large bubble wrap?
It depends on what you're protecting.
Small bubbles are ideal for everyday packing and smaller items. Large bubbles provide extra cushioning for larger, heavier or more fragile items.
Can I come and pick up an order?
Yes. Please call ahead to allow us check stock levels and confirm a collection time. You can then also pay once you are here, if you'd prefer.
Do you sell to businesses and the general public?
Yes. We supply packaging to both businesses and members of the general public, whether you need a single item or larger quantities.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
At present, all orders are within the UK only. We do not do international orders.
